24 to 48 hours notice → up to 50% of the session fee may be charged.
Less than 24 hours’ notice → the full session fee may be charged.

If a client does not attend their booked session and no contact has been made before the session start time, this is considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.

Book up to 30 consecutive days
One dog per stay for focused, high-quality care. If you do request care for two, please contact me directly via email.

If you are running late, please send a quick message or text. Out of fairness to other bookings, the session will still finish at the originally scheduled end time.
-
For outdoor sessions, your dog’s welfare comes first. In cases of extreme heat, storms, or unsafe conditions, I may suggest rescheduling. In these cases, no cancellation fee will apply, and we will find the next suitable time.
-
I understand that genuine emergencies happen. In the case of illness, accidents, or other unforeseen events, fees may be reduced or waived at my discretion. Please let me know as soon as you can. Communication helps keep things fair for everyone.
-
If I ever need to reschedule, you will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund for any sessions already paid.
-
You may discontinue training at any time. To avoid being charged for upcoming sessions, please provide notice before the next scheduled appointment. Any prepaid sessions not yet delivered will be refunded, minus any applicable cancellation fees already incurred.
